Good morning,
the HP cartridges authentication program N. 1.1.2307.4146 no longer manages to authenticate the cartridges.
You ask how to install the program again

Hi! @108038, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand after replacing the toner cartridge on your printer the cartridges are not getting authenticated.
Not to worry, I will be glad to help.
Are you using the cartridges that were installed on any other printer?
Are you signed up for instant ink?
Are you using genuine HP ink toner cartridge?
Can you please share the complete error you get on your printer.
As you mentioned after replacing the toner cartridge on your printer the cartridges are not getting authenticated.
If the cartridge was used on any other printer, the user has an option to enable cartridge protection. If it is enabled, you will not be able to use the cartridges on any other printer.
Here is one of the forums post from an expert which explains the issue in detail, please click here.
If you wish to disable this feature, you can follow the procedure mentioned below.
1. Open Devices and Printers Window from the Control panel.
2. Find your HP printer in the list and double-click it to open the Settings page.
3. Click the text for Estimated Ink Levels under the heading of Shopping Resources. This
will open the HP Toolbox window.
4. Click the tab for Cartridge Protection.
5. Click the radio button next to Disable HP Cartridge Protection.
6. Click the Save Setting button to save your new setting. Then, close the window.
7. You may need to remove and reinstall the cartridge for it to be recognized properly.

@108038, Thanks for your quick response and time.
I appriciate your efforts for writing back to us.
As you mentioned you need to know how to install HP cartridge authentication software.
I have checked the records and there is no particular application called HP cartridge authentication software.
The software is built into the printer directly and it can't be upgraded.
HP Toner Cartridges Authentication technology is built into HP LaserJet toner cartridges to ensure that any cartridge(s) installed in the printer is a genuine HP LaserJet supply. This enables customers to avoid becoming victims of fraud or counterfeit, and have improved visibility into the status of their cartridges (new, used, or not genuine).
Original, genuine HP LaserJet Print Cartridges offer the best print quality and reliability. When purchasing HP LaserJet toner cartridges, customers can check the authenticity of a toner cartridge using either a QR code app to scan the QR code on the toner cartridge box, or go to HP Anti-Counterfeit and Fraud (ACF) Program, type the toner cartridge serial number, and then click Verify.
Refer this article to know more information about cartridge authentication. Link: HP Color LaserJet Pro M452, HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 color MFP M575 - Cartridge Authentication

I need a fix to this issue as well. I am on a Mac so the advice above doesn't apply. My printer is a week old, I'm using the cartridges that came in the box. I have 49 messages about not being able to connect to the internet to authenticate my cartridges. Please help.
