Hi @AliKhan12,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're experiencing issues with your HP Deskjet 1510 where the paper comes out blank despite having performed troubleshooting and software installations, here are some steps you can take to address the problem.

  1. Check Ink Levels: Ensure that the ink cartridges have sufficient ink. Some printers may have a feature that allows you to check ink levels through the printer software or control panel.

  2. Clean the Print Heads: Print heads can sometimes get clogged, leading to blank pages. Most printers have a utility for cleaning the print heads. You can usually find this option in the printer software on your computer. Follow the instructions provided by HP for cleaning the print heads.

  3. Align the Print Heads: Printer software often includes an option to align the print heads. This ensures that the ink is distributed properly. Run the alignment process through the printer software.

  4. Try a Test Page: Many printers have a built-in test page feature. Print a test page directly from the printer to check if it produces any output. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to print a test page.

  5. Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers for your printer. Visit the HP website, enter your printer model, and download the latest drivers. Alternatively, you can uninstall the existing drivers, restart your computer, and then reinstall the drivers.

  6. Use Genuine HP Cartridges: Ensure you are using genuine HP ink cartridges. Sometimes, third-party cartridges may not work properly or may cause printing issues.

  7. Paper Quality: Make sure you are using the correct type of paper recommended by HP for your printer. Using the wrong paper type can affect print quality.

  8. Check for Software Conflicts: Ensure that there are no conflicts with other printer software or applications on your computer. Temporarily disable antivirus or firewall software to check if they are causing any issues.

  9. Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in. Turn on the printer and see if the issue persists.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
