Hi I have a HP Deskjet 2652 the printer will not connect to my wifi network everytime I try to conect it says fails to join network make sure info is correct and try again. I have rest my network settings on my printer by holding Cancel and wifi buttons down for 20 seconds with no help. I have uninstalled and reinstalled driver no help. I cant access the EWS for the printer as it wont let me sign in and everything is locked. Is there a way to Reset the printer to factory defaults? Also Windows 10 asks for a WPS pin when I put the WPS pin in it still fails. Everything I try to do it get it to connect to my network fails. Can someone please help.
Thanks,
Shawn

Thank you for being a part of HP Forums. I'd like top help.
I believe we can use HP Easy start application and auto wireless connect feature to connect the printer to your home wireless network. Let's try these steps:
1.) On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button
at the same time for 5 seconds. (This steps will restore default wireless settings on the printer and enable Auto Wireless connect. Immediately continue to the next step to install the software. You have approximately 120 minutes to complete the software setup using the HP auto wireless connect feature.)
2.) Download and run HP Easy start from here.
3.) Follow the onscreen instructions to connect the printer to your home wireless network.
Let me know how it goes!

Good luck with your problem.
I have not had a solution for my printer for months. I've checked every method, none of them works. HP does not want to help. They sell the product and then they are not interested in anything.
This type of information should be checked and given in the documentation. But HP can not do it.

Hi sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I reset my Windows 10 and reinstalled my printers driver and it working no issues seems like its a bug with the latest version of Windows 10. I never got any private messages from anyone here in support. Again sorry about the delayed response.
