Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi 

After a rollback from Win 11 to Win 10, (Win 11 update was a mistake!) the printer is not setting up, worked perfectly before.  I have checked  that full  permissions are given to the users shown - System/persons name and administrator. I have also run HP Diagnostic tools and checked on my Drivers/reinstalled Drivers. Printer shows as online. The laptop detects the printer but printer will not print any files including pdf files. Using Office 365 so fully up to date on Word etc. WIn 10 fully updated. Printer works perfectly on another laptop running exactly same version Win 10 Home 64-bit.Any  suggestions please, I've run out of ideas!
