I uninstalled my printer by accident (It was working fine via wireless) but now I cannot reinstall it. I have the HP smart app. I followed the set up steps but “HP setup” is not in my list of wifi networks and I don’t have the IP address for the printer to set it up manually. These seem to be my only two given options to set it up.

Please follow 'Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel > Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app > Mac OS X' below:

I think I almost got it. Now the printer name is in my WiFi list. On the HP app there is a green check next to my printer. My phone WiFi and printer WiFi are in the same network. I’m stuck at the step in the directions where I should be prompted  to type in my normal network password (step 10). No instructions came and I’m afraid that once I put my phone back on my normal network I will lose my ability to wireless print.
