Product: Windows 10 Home
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer continues to say "offline".  At one point it will say the spooler or something like that but then says device driver issues.  

I have uninstalled and reinstalled; I have went into device manager and right clicked on printer and I don't get the option to update driver... wondering if I need to manually install the driver.  

 

It was working fine until I replaced the black ink.  ARGH!!!
