Hello All. I have a HP Deskjet 2820e that is no more than 2 years old and in that time has been used very little.
Recently the printer ( whenever it is powered on) keeps printing the test page even though the cartridges have previously been aligned etc etc..Is there a way to stop this happening?

The only way to stop it from continually printing the test page is to use it until the ink cartridges are empty. You then take it to your local good will and stop by walmart and pickup a Brother printer. Problem solved. I been putting up with this 2755e for a while. Every time I need to use it, it prints a test page first. I then just send the print job to my Brother printer and it completes it without complaint. HPs are cheap, but not worth the headache of Smart Printing or this problem.
