i dont know what else to do my printer says its connected to my wifi but i cant seem to connect it to my phone or computer cal anyone please help me im going crazy hahaha

YOu didn't specify the printer model or your operating system, you will hardly get any workable help if you don't provide more details.

Download yourself HP print and scan doctor from a computer and run it.

My computer says my printer is offline. what can I do.  I have been trying and not getting anywhere.

I have tried to get this printer back online today and nothing seems to help.  My printer is HP Officejet 4630. Unable to locate original software as i was one of those folks effected by the fire in Paradise CA in 2018.
