HP deskjet4675 automatic duplex option is missing

HP deskjet4675 option to choose automatic duplex print is missing i had to print both side manually even through this printer support auto duplex printing. Please help what should i do to fix this problem.

I understand that the automatic duplex option is missing, I am glad to assist you.

Follow these steps to fix the issue:-

Update the driver settings.

1. Click the Device Settings tab.

2. Under Installable Options, click Automatic Configuration: Off (the default) to display the drop-down list.

3. Select Update Now.

4. Click Apply and wait for the driver to retrieve the printer information.
