Problem:  Windows 11 Laptop cannot connect to HP LaserJet Pro MFP M130fw

We have two cell phones and this laptop that appear to be connected to this wireless network. We are in temporary housing using the provided router.

I deleted the HP printer stuff from this laptop then re-installed.

On the printer I did the network setup and it said a successful connect.  A network test was done, the report was printed, it is titled Network Summary.  A few lines from the report:

IP address                           192.168.223.1

Hardware address            90:cd:b6:47:fb:83

Access point                      d4:6c:6d:56:a4:d3

A different report is titled: Wireless Network Test Report.  A few lines from there include:

Wireless On                       Pass

Wireless working              Pass

Everything looks good until a section titled:

Troubleshooting, where it states:

More than one access point/wireless router has been found that matches your wireless network’s name (SSID).

The SSID is the default name on the wireless router.  That SSID is not shown twice.

On the laptop, go to Settings -> Network -> show available networks.  It shows connected to SETUP-A4CF and that the connection is secure.

The laptop software cannot connect to the printer.  Use a DOS CMD to ping that IPV 4 address and it does not get a response.

A search indicated to use DOS CMD:   arp -a

Those results do not include the noted IP4 address or the hardware address.

What steps might I attempt to get this printer connected.
