I m unable to install HP Driver for Hp Laserjet m1136 map for Mac OS Sequoia 15.0.1.
The driver available https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-laserjet-pro-m1136-multifunction-printer-series/model/407545... is updated till Mac OS 12.0 .
Tried installing HP driver provided at support.hp.com from Mac OS X 10.9 to Mac OS 12 but unable to run none of the available driver.
Anyone facing the same issue?

Hi @Chamroy,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It looks like you're having trouble finding a compatible driver for your HP LaserJet M1136 printer on macOS Sequoia (15.0.1). Since the driver support for your printer only goes up to macOS 12.0, it can be tricky when newer macOS versions come out. Here are some steps you can try to get it working.
Check for Updates: Sometimes, HP releases new drivers or updates for compatibility with newer macOS versions. Make sure your macOS is fully updated.
Use AirPrint: If your printer supports AirPrint, you can try using it instead of a specific HP driver. Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, click the "+" button to add a printer, and see if your printer shows up as an AirPrint device.
Install a Generic Driver: You can try adding the printer using a generic PostScript driver:
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the "+" button to add a printer.
- Select your printer from the list, then click the dropdown menu next to "Use" and choose "Generic PostScript Printer" or "Generic PCL Printer."
Use a Previous Version of macOS: If possible, consider running an earlier version of macOS (such as Monterey or Big Sur) in a virtual machine to access the compatible drivers.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi Alden4,
Mac OS is running the latest update, the issue is however not able to install the printer driver.
This particular model HP laser jet 1136 does not support AirPrint, striking out the possibility to connect the printer.
Tried manually adding driver by connecting via cable to the system, generic driver post script driver is not available via the + button in printers and scanners section.
It will be a huge relief, if HP can update its driver for the later Mac OS 15.0.1.
Regards,
Chamroy
