Could anybody provide the driver or, better, the installation CD Rom ?

Unfortunatly no driver available or i am not able to find it.

the diagnostic tool doesn't detect the printer (already experimented)

Printer no longer supported by HP, did anybody kept the installation CD ?

A little further down in the window, click surHow To Connect a USB HP Printer Using a Full Feature Driver in Windows

Then click on:

  All software and drivers

Then press play on Connect a

USB HP Printer

Using Full

Feature Driver

in Windows

Playback will start, follow the instructions

• Click on yes button to say thanks
• Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered

Hi Bernerard.

Thanks for your help.

The problem is that the product has been retired by HP.

Software download page no longer exists.

In fact, i am looking for an alternate source to get the full software.
