I just started having the same issue but I have a HP Officejet 5200 all in one series (5252 printer). I couldn't find updated drivers and software for my model on hp site. The one you mentioned in your post says a different model. How do I find what I need for my model?

I have Laserjet M1217 Pro MFP that works really well. I can print wirelessly from my laptop and I used to be able to print from my iMac via USB Connection.
However, I now have Sequoia 15.2 and the driver from the HP support page says it needs 15 or less so it won't work.
I've tried all the other things you put below. I used the HP laser jet inbuilt driver but that doesn't work on the iMac now.
Please help.

Thanks for sharing this but I got a scary message
'Google Drive has detected issues with your download
This file is too large for Google to scan for viruses.
This file is executable and may harm your computer.'
HewlettPackardPrinterDrivers(5dot1_no_os_check).pkg (557M)
Not sure whether to go ahead.

Thanks so much. I downloaded the Essentials driver and there was a long list of them - more than on the HP website. However, I couldn't see my Printer: Laserjet Pro M1217 MFP.
I was so nearly there!
Is there another one I could use from that list?
Thank you!

Hi @JJOxford
For printer install you can try with another Laserjet essentials driver:
Narrow down the search list for something like Laserjet CM1312 or Laserjet CM1410
and check if that works.
* Click YES to say thank you,
* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.

I am having the same issue with a p1102w not working Mac OS 15. I downloaded the essential driver you recommended (thank you!), but how do I set it up once downloaded? When I go to "add printer" and "select software" I don't see the essential driver listed or a driver for the p1102w. Thank you,
