Product: HP ENVY 6430e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Trying to setup HP Easy Start and the installation hangs on obtaining HP account screen.  Done the hard reset and all but still the same. I dont want to use HP Smart as it needs to be logged in to scan.. so I am trying the new HP 640e app. Anyone out there with ideas as I see this is a common complaint. thanks

Hi,

I would also add that if HP Easy Start keeps hanging following a PC restart, I would also suggest trying HP Easy Start Offline and check:

If the same persists, using the HP Universal Scan software alternative may also be used and does not require any cloud login too:
