HP scan doesn't work with windows 11.  I installed the software and have the icon on my desk top, but I get a message that the printer is not connected to the computer and it is.  I use the ethernet cable. HP assistant says my device firmware and software is up to date, but it will not let me scan from any HP application.  When I use support assistant it says I am offline and I am not.  When i click on set up printer it shows it there.

Because my unit is older it no longer works with their system?

Thanks

Brian

Fabio:  in file explorer where is says home this is the address bar correct?  I put both of the c drive info you gave me and nothing came up.  I deleted HP scan from my software.  Same error as before.  This is the HP software I have on my computer.  Should I delete any of these also?  thanks brian

Hello @MChang1

It's likely not currently compatible.

I recommend waiting for future updates on the HP website.

Best regards

OK, here's what worked.  I deleted the HP Envy under imaging in device manager and reinstalled the software.  This corrected the problem and let HP scan work properly.
