Hello. My HP envy 7158 is stuck on loading screen. I have tried all of the typical things to get it to start up and nothing is working. I really need my printer for work!

I have had the same exact problem since mid June and support agents keep hanging up mid-call. The last one told me my only option is to buy a new power plug (clearly it's receiving power) or buy a new printer.
