My HP laser Jet Printer will not print from my new 128 GB Sandusky Extreme Pro USB drive. It demands that I reformat the USBDrive to FAT.  I reformated the SanDisk drive to exFat but the HP printer continues to say 

“USB device uses an unsupported file system.  Reformat the drive using a FAT file system”.

Which printer? Some may not accept a drive that large.

I solved the problem.  I order to reformat Usb drives over 32 GB to FAT one must download a third party app.  YouTube showed me how.
