Hi, i have a laserjet printer for at least 2 years now. For one day to another it stopped going with printing jobs. They are shows for a bit in print queue jobs, then disappear and I get  window notification for °user attention°. I reinstalled drivers and hp smart. 

HP smart is showing my printer with all serial nr identified but when i want to vitrificate account it doesn't work. I tired to contact help but the serial nr is not being recognised. 

This is the last attempt to make this printer work, otherwise I throw it by the window and never ever by any hp product again. 
please help.

Check if the printer has some paper jam inside and clean the printer.

Hi, it is not paper jam, i checked.

I see all the status (like out of paper when i take the paper away) on HP SMART.

 

From one day to another it stopped processing the documents to print.

I cant vitrificat the account on hp website. 

 

Any other solutions?

Ok, if there is no paper jam and the printer is clean, then try to make a Self Test page with the next steps:

Hi there! No, I cant send any pdf to print, as i explained before. 

 

Before writing here i did all the custom steps, also with hp doctor and so on. It keep asking me to do the verification of account and non of serial or product nr are being recognised. Maybe this product is fake? But i been using it for the last 2 years!

 

Any one from HP MANAGMENT here to help me with this?

About the verification of account that is something related to HP Smart software, that sometimes fails.

 

But let me tell you that you can use your printer without that, by using normal software you can download from HP drivers page and then send to print your documents.
