When I want to install the printer, I start the program, it extracts the files, but nothing happens after...

Hi,

this is an issue with the latest spring update (1803).

 

Please use below path to launch the software installation:

C:\LJPM11-M13_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe

Right-click the Start icon and select Run, then paste the following and press OK:

C:\LJPM11-M13_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe
