HP laserjet Mfp M28a idenyified as HP laserjet 3020

Hello  I'm having the same issue as here:

I installed  firmware from HP website and it's not working and my HP mfp M28a printer identified as HP laserjet 3020

My os is win 7 64

Please help me

Print out a configuration page and compare the firmware version, see here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/swdetails/hp-laserjet-pro-mfp-m28-m31-printer-series/model/1664...

If the FW version is the same, the printer should be reinstalled.

I recommend completely uninstalling the old software before reinstalling it.

I did all the things you said, but the problem was not solved.
I cannot print the configuration page because when I turn on the printer, the functions of the printer (copy, scan) do not work and the power button LED blinks. And none of the printer buttons (cancel, copy) work.
I connected the printer to another PC , but again it was identified as LaserJet 3020

Attention light if off and Ready light is blinking.

 

 

And no error code
