Product: HP OfficeJet 8010 series printer

Hi need help to understand what my printer error message is and how to fix it.  HP print and scan doctor just keep hanging

@jacko60, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

This could be a hardware issue with the printer. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

 

Also, check for any jams inside the printer. Make sure the print carriage is moving freely.

Follow the steps from this document.

 

If the error persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
