HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e All-in-One Printer

All day and I cannot install my HP 8139e printer on my windows 11 PC.  The HP repair programs don't activate. I removed the  printer and reinstalled it. No associated software works.

However it does work using my iphone. So the issue is with my PC.

The printer indicates that it is on my wifi. Somewhere along the  line I received a notification that there are four issues preventing it to work, including the  registry and "conflicts".

The HP app does nothing. Unfortunately I have not backed up the PC in some time.

Don't know where to go from here.

Can anyone help to start from scratch?

Thanks.

Hello
If only one printer is installed on the computer, please open the folder C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3 on the computer, delete all files in the 3 folder, restart the computer, and reinstall the printer driver for testing.
If the issue persists, please clear the temporary folder (temp) on your computer, close/uninstall the antivirus software on your computer, and then reinstall the full version of the printer driver for testing. If you encounter any issues during the operation, please take a screenshot and send it to me.

Thank you.
