Greetings,

My printer wont connect to my laptop wirelessly. Both the printer and the laptop are on the same network. The printer has a solid blue wireless connected signal. I dont have a usb cable to connect it directly. I have tried reimstalling drivers but that did nothing. Please help. 🙂

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are getting wireless connectivity issue.

Restore the network settings on the printer.

1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).

2. Touch Printer Maintenance.

3. Touch Restore.

4. Touch Restore Settings.

5. Select Network.

6. Touch Restore.

7. Touch Yes.

Then connect the printer to wireless connection agian.

Use Wireless setup wizard to connect the printer.

1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch (Wireless).

2. Touch ( Settings ).

3. Touch Wireless Settings.

4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard.

5. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

Let me know if that helps.
