HP print drivers for windows 7 pc

I have Windows 7 64 bit. I want to install the print drivers for HP 4158e but cant. Can this be done?

HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software – Offline Use Only 

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and sign in.

>>> Ask if you want help / instructions for (re)installing the printer software.

The installation of the full driver adds at least two shortcuts to the Desktop:  

Printer Assistant 

HP Scan

>>> Open the Printer Assistant > tab Scan > Manage Scan to Computer > Enable
