HP printer drivers&software left files and drivers in system after uninstall.

Hello, I had to scan one document, so I installed software&drivers combo for my f4200 printer. I know that hp installs bloatware that runs in background, so I wanted to uninstall it asap. Problem is that no matter how I uninstall it, it leaves drivers that run in background, folders and registry entries.

I tried to uninstall it via lvl 3 and 4 uninstall in temp folder, but it gave me error "cannot find ccc_uninstaller" which was in folder...

I understand that you are getting printer driver issues, follow these steps to fix the issue.

Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer-related software.

• Press the Windows key + R on the keyboard to bring up the run menu.
• Type %temp% in the run field, and click OK.
• Look for, and open the folder starting with 7z (Example: 7zS2356)
• Open folder Util
• Open folder CCC
• Run the uninstall_ L4.bat
• When the uninstall has completed restart the computer
• Press the Windows key + R on the keyboard to bring up the run menu.
• Type %programfiles% in the run field and click OK.
• Delete any HP/Hewlett Packard folders
