I migrated from Intel Mac Pro to M4 Mac Pro. Now the scanners don't work anymore, that is request installation of Rosetta. Interesting some colleagues that didn't migrate, but install same configuration from scratch, don't have such problems.

I am assuming that some old drivers/sw remain on my sistem and don't get updated.

I tried with HP Easy Start and doesn't help. Before that I removed all printers, deleted all HP sw I found.

Where to get and how to install native M4 drivers for macOS (15.1.1.)?

Hi @FerRX

moved one step further, finally. I was able to reset the printer system and all printer disappeared.

But... when I want to add the printer it doesn't get recognised and can not be added. I tried within system settings and printers + add printer as well as with the HP Easy Start.

Hi @ferRX

after a few reboots I manage to add the printer. But again wrong drivers - in order to scan it asks me to install Rosetta.

Ok, great news 😊 @primozs so you now are able to print.

Simply follow instructions from your Mac to install Rosetta and try to scan.

No, not good. That is exactly what I don't want - to install Rosetta.
