Hi all,
If there is no paper inside the printer while Microsoft edge shows error of paper stuck, is a false error!
No matter how you restart the printer or do the cleaning, it will not help at all. This happen on my HP Ink Tank 410 today and I believe it may affect all other HP models too. I hope the solution below will help all the users.

The solution
Simply open the HP app, print any document using it. Then the error printing msg in Microsoft Edge will gone.


You might be surprised why the HP app didn't show any error, can print without issue at all.410.png
