Product: HP PSC 1350 All-in-One Printer

I am trying to install my HP psc 1350 printer using the installation disc.   I get to a point where all items have green checks but a big red "X" is on Administrator Rights.   It then gives you options on "Cancel" or "Details". 

    I can't get past this point and install the printer.
