Trying to get my old HP psc all-in-one working on my new imac running Big Sur. I can print, but the scanner functionality is not seen by the system. If I go to the driver site and download the driver for this printer, after opening the dmg file, there is an hp all-in one installer with a not executable symbol on top. If you try to run it, there is an error about incomplete or damaged software, cannot open. Doesn't matter how many times you download, same result.
HP smart does not even find the printer,.
HP Easy Start doesn't recognize Big Sur and won't let me set the Operating system to anything but windows, so I can't download it.
HP Easy Scan does not find the device.
Image Capture, which I previously used with this device for years on my old Mac, cannot see the device.
VueScan of course has no problem, but I would have to buy their software for something that should just work.
Any ideas???

@KKarnosh, Welcome to HP Support Community!
HP Photosmart 2210 All-in-One Printer driver for macOS 11 is not available from the HP website or Apple Software Update. However, Gutenprint (formerly called Gimp-Print) provides open-source basic print drivers for many printers that would otherwise not be supported in Mac OS X. To see if your printer is supported, go to Gutenprint drivers for more information.
NOTE: Gutenprint drivers are not supported by HP or Apple.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
