I see that a number have had this issue:
"access denied the service may be busy. Please try again later. If the problem persists, check for firmware updates" in relation to activiating various wifi related services; does anyone have a solution please? I've tried the switch on and off (lol) and returning to factory settings, no difference.

- What's the application you are trying to scan from?
- Have you tried scanning from a different application or device?
- Is your printer connected to the active internet network?
