Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2875 All-in-One Printer

Hello, i just bought an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage all in one printer, but when trying to set it up on the app, the app just wont load. Ive tried the app both on my Iphone and Ipad but it just wont load on neither of those devices. i need help plsss!!!
