Hello and good day
I have bought a new HP printer. This is set up and working. It is a HP OfficeJet Pro 9022e.
My previous, old printer is still connected to the HP smart account. Unfortunately, I cannot remove this printer (HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP) from the account.
I have done a hard reset of the old printer. Unfortunately without success. It also does nothing when I reset the printer to factory settings.
In the HP Smart App on the PC and on my iOS App the old printer is removed (forget device).
In the HP Smart account (https://www.hpsmart.com) the printer is still there as mentioned.
At https://support.hp.com/ch-de/dashboard/device, only the new, active printer is displayed. I was able to remove the old printer there.
How can I remove the printer under HP Smart?
Unfortunately, I have not found a solution here:
https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/how-to-remove-printer-from-HP-Account/m...
Thanks for the help and best regards 👍

Hello @Rainbow23
Thank you very much for your answer 👍
Can you please read through my post again? Thank you 😉
I opened your tutorial and wanted to follow the steps listed in it.
However, this does not work 😪
As you can see on the printscreen in my first post, I do not have "remove printer" to select.
What do I do now?
Thanks for the further support and best regards
