Operating System: Chrome OS

Trying to log into the app on my sons Chromebook to allow printing but I can’t log in. It just gets stuck on a ‘thanks for waiting’ screen.

Are you trying to print from Chromebook?

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Printing from a Chromebook

 

Were you able to print from your Chromebook using HP Smart app? I don't think the HP Smart app is compatible with Chromebooks.

It could be the HP Print for Chrome App
