HP smart app only printing pdf Pro (HP Envy 6430)

Hello

I can only print pdf from the HP smart App. I used to be able to do any documents.. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the printer (due to a change of router) and uninstalled/reinstalled the Smart App. I also checked for updates.. Nothing works...

If you have not done so,

Install the Full Feature Software

HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software 

When Asked, opt for the "Full software and drivers"

Installing the Full Feature Software helps when you want to submit a print job from an application.
