Product: HP DeskJet 2720 All-in-One Printer

Hi everybody,

 I am trying to setup the wifi version of my printer but HP smart doens't accept the PIN number (wrong PIN...)...

 

any suggest to solve the problem?

Which pin are you trying to enter?

Could you elaborate on the issue for better understanding?

Hi,

 forgive my late reply: the pin number I am trying to enter is the one required during the setup/registration of HPsmart, it is printed in a label 'inside' the printer (is the P/N).
