HP smart error

I've been using HP smart for years to monitor my printer usage etc, but am now getting the following error when I try to access my instant ink dashboard:

This invitation is no longer valid

Contact your printer administrator for a new invitation.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled HP smart but no change.  Printer is working perfectly but I can't access my instant ink dashboard.  Can anyone help please?
