Product: HP ENVY Photo 6255 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hp envy 6255 using win 11. Tried to download HP smart app to my computer thru Microsoft store. Would download but not install . Logo would appear but went to blank page. No error code. Uninstalled  and installed again several  times but no luck . Inspiron laptop.

1. Change you Windows Settings to select Colors > Light mode

 

  • Click Windows > Settings > Personalization > Colors
  • > Choose your mode >  select Light mode

2. Then try again to install HP Smart app from Microsoft Store.

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
