HP smart opening on startup. NOt using HP printer now.

HP Smart   opens on every startup.  I have a Dell computer, not HP.  My HP printer is in Wiscon sin.  I am not using it now.  I am in Florida.  How can I stop this opening  on every startup.  I will use the HP printer when back in Wisconsin.  I don't need that to opening every time anyway.  I already tried to use :

msconifg/startup/open task mgr/Click startup.  It is not even on the list, so I could not stop it.

I understand you would like to disable the HP Smart app on the startup.

1. In the Windows search box, type startup apps or startup tasks, and press Enter.
2. The window that opens will contain a list of applications that may start when your device boots. To disable an app, toggle the switch to Off.
