Product: HP Smart Tank 510 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Smart Tank 515 series printer that have print head issue i tried to clean the head bia hp smart program put the program do not see the printer put the printer is setup right  and print any print jobs i send and the HP smart see my other printers just fine can any body help

i already tried this methed put still the same and what i wondring about why my printer is not showing on hp smart
