Dear All,

I need to get counter information from HP Printer MFP M430F and I use HP Webjet admin.The problem is client use USB connect to printer so I try to use HP SNMP Proxy agent but I didn't work. I find in the registry follow the instructions guide.

It can't find prnID. I think this is a problem.

 

Please help me. I have to use this solution.
