Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have an HP Deskjet 2512 connected via USB running on Windows 11. Everything was fine until this week. Now:
The HP Deskjet 2510 app cannot find the printer.
HP "Smart" cannot find the printer.
Windows Device Manager can see the printer.
Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers can see the printer.
MS Word can print.
Pressing the Scan button on the printer sends the scan to My Documents.
However, none of the HP software can "find" the printer.
I downloaded and installed "Full_Webpack-1320-DJ2510_Full_Webpack.exe".
I uninstalled and reinstalled HP "Smart".
Still, "No printers found".
