Hello, I have this second-hand all in one printer-scanner-copier. It turns on and the copying works. But when I plug in the USB cable, although the computer makes a sound that it recognises I plugged something in, the printer does not come up in the lists. I am trying to download drivers, but all the HP webpages seem to be down. Also, the printer has a serial number, but when I enter it into any of the HP website things, like support, or dashboard, or virtual assistant, either I get a message that Service is down, or that the serial number is unavailable. When I tried to call printer support on the phone, the robot asked for the serial number, I spoke it, it said this number was not in the system and therefore I was not transferred to an agent. I do not understand how/where to get help with this.
