Hi,
I think HP is going bust. Their website is down when trying to contact support. Both their site and App are so poorly designed that even it's designer would struggle to navigate.
The product i own HP tango is probably the worse product ever made by HP alongside others.
hoping tonget some support from this community asap. I hope thsi forum will be still accessible during administration proceedings of HP.
Such a pity, but certainly inavoidable for companies who do not innovate.
this is the error i keep getting not even one of my 6 mobiles and 4 laptops can connect to the Tango printer.
Error Code: EBS00P0007
The app is recommending me to email this error code to HP, but HP given the current situation does not provide email addresses so impossible to email and also to get through by phone. Their iseless chatbot is also a shame given we are in 2026.
please help if anyone knows what thisnwrror code is
Error Code: EBS00P0007
Thanks so much.
i would also appreciate any advise for a better non-HP PRINTER
Error Code: EBS00P0007

Hi @LUKE0101
1. Try to Install with the next driver for Wifi:
- P.S.
- I am a volunteer and regular user of HP printers, but I agree that there is something wrong on the new HP App that is not working and needs a lot of testing hours to make that app at least to have a minimum functionality.🤔
2. Also follow steps in the next video:
