Why is the web service not being enabled?

Hi @ankur_company 

1. Sometimes the internet connection neeeds to adjust some options in DNS Servers on the printer.

2. Maybe you need to change DNS Servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, in the Network settings.

• Check the Step 7 - Use a manual DNS server for your printer connection

5. And for last but no least important, is that some relatively older HP Laserjet Color M100 were retired from HP Web Services because HP is not providing anymore support on that service and is closing that service on older printer models and maybe is no longer working.
