Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP refused to send me software. I have no way download on line to a computer not on internet. 

Called three different hp phone numbers all went to cs, no one would fill my request, seems they do not address this issue' The corporate number goes to cs they have no way to connect or even request corporate call me. Why doesnt hp print on their laser printer bottom of line printer only model " you must have internet to download the printer driver? Why isnt this info in their ads?
