HP 3512

I changed internet and now my HP 3512 deskjet is connected but won't print, it just sends 1 blank page through. New ink cartridges were installed and no luck!

What else can I try?  HELP!

@DeeDee1290, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print. As you have changed the internet, the settings have to be updated on the printer.

On the printer, go to Setup > Wireless > Print report > Configuration report

Check if the printer is connected to the same network as the computer.

  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.

Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

If the printer is printing blank pages, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Deskjet 3510 and Deskjet Ink Advantage 3510 e-All-in-One Pr...

Clean the ink cartridges and print a test page to check the result.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
