macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Just switched to a Mac Mini from a PC. The driver is downloaded but then keeps asking for me to sign back in. I have now done this multiple times and nothing changes. I re downloaded the driver. Same thing.

This printer synced beautifully with my mac yesterday. My surprise was pretty large. And now this. I must be able to scan and now can not get this to work.

How do I fix this. The message is Find the open browser window, then sign in to your HP account.
Note: The window might be behind another open browser or minimized.

I AM signed in.

Tried to use live chat BUT this system says my serial number is not valid. Will it certainly is and I should still have a valid warranty in place as well.

Please assist.

Thanks, Lynda Elaine
