Product: HP ENVY 5542 All-in-One Printer

I had to re-install printer drivers for my printers and it will not print in colour.  It copies in colour though and there are no problems with ink.  I have downloaded Basic_Webpack_x64-40.15.1230-EN5540_Basicx64_Webpack but it does not offer colour print options and there is no greyscale showing.  It also does not do automatic double-sided printing like it used to - I have to re-load the paper manually.
