Product: HP6978

HP6978 is stuck in 2 sided print.  Have gone thru semi-reset and full reset.  Reloaded IP and wifi settings so many times my head will explode.   Cannot get it to accept a change to 1 sided print as the default.    I did the resets to get rid of the lock status.  I can the Wizard -but when selecting 1 sided print, it will not change the setting.   

 

So frustrating.  ALso this model of printer frequently has to be powered back up to re-establish the connection for printing wireless - but that is another bleep about this model.
