Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My HP8025e was getting stuck in a paper jam loop. Kept pulling a sheet to print then it would stop halfway and tell me either to clear a jam OR the paper tray was open. Once cleared it would repeat ad infinitum.
I decided to factory reset it as it seemed there was no solution. Now reset, I cannot connect to hp smart (which, sidenote: I am infuriated at being held hostage by hp--WHY should I have to log in EVERY time I need to open this freaking app?!?!?). I enter the PIN number from inside the unit to go through setup and it keeps telling me I have an invalid PIN.
So now I have an expensive paperweight.
